rice, macaroni pie, steamed vegetables, stew, grilled fish, baked chicken, fresh roast beef prepared to perfection and of course the freshest cuts of ham.
Desserts from coconut macaroon or chocolate chip cookies, fresh seasonal fruit, thick chocolate cake, cherry cheese cake (all home made by our pastry chef) and toppings galore.

Mannie enjoys helping the guests! Not everyone loves a buffet; so a limited ala carte menu is available.
